Thank you for choosing our Made to Order Collection! Each item in this collection is individually handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the time and craftsmanship that goes into creating each piece, we kindly ask for your patience as we prepare your order.

Production & Processing Time:
All items in our Made to Order Collection are crafted just for you. Please allow 8–10 business days for production before your order is shipped. This timeframe ensures that every piece meets our quality standards and is made with the highest level of care.

SHIPPING TIME FRAME FOR READY TO SHIP COLLECTION

  •  Standard Shipping in Canada: 3-5 days -Express: 1-3 days
  •  Standard Shipping in USA: 5-10 days - Express: 3-5 days
  • Standard International Shipping: 10-18 days - Express: 5-8 days

FAQ- SHIPPING

  • Bottom Bay is not responsible for shipping delays, or lost or stolen packages.In the case of shipping delays, we will work with you to resolve any issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated via email.
  • Bottom Bay is not responsible for duties or taxes that may be applicable in some countries.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your item is shipped.
  • Pre-order delays do not qualify for a refund 
  • Pre-ordered items will ship at a later date. We will notify you via email once your order has shipped.
