Please note Bottom Bay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns: Due to our limited quantity of collections as a small business, we regret that we cannot accept returns on any items purchased. We may, at our discretion, occasionally offer store credit depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges: We understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary. We allow exchanges only if the items are unworn and in their original condition due to sanitary reasons of garments. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is no longer available, we will issue store credit for the amount of the returned item.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Contact us at info@bottombay.ca within 14 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Wait for our confirmation and instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Shipping for Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
